Policies
Booking Process
All bookings must be made through my website (www.sightofsabrina.com). Once your deposit is paid, your chosen time and date are confirmed. All communication will take place through HoneyBook.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure your photoshoot and will be applied to your final payment. The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs less than 3 days prior to your scheduled session. The rest of the payment is due on the project date.
Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel your photoshoot, the deposit is non-refundable if canceled less than 3 days before the session. However, if you need to reschedule and do so more than 3 days before your shoot, your original deposit will be applied to the new date.
No Call, No Show
If you fail to show up to your scheduled photoshoot without prior notice, your 50% deposit will be non-refundable.
Tardiness
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your session may be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded. Alternatively, a $25 late fee can be paid, and we will proceed with the session.
Guests
Please inform me in advance of the number of people attending your shoot. If there is a limit on guests at a specific location, please be respectful and adhere to that limit.
Studio Spaces
I do not own a studio space, so if you wish to book a studio session, you will need to book the studio separately in addition to my session fee. I will provide recommendations for suitable studio spaces.
